Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phone Operator to join our team. As a Phone Operator, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a vital role within our organization as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with their inquiries
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to the intended recipient
- Maintain phone system and ensure it is functioning properly
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with dispatching tasks as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating phone systems in a professional setting
- Previous medical experience a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing and data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
