The **Simulation Specialist **will be responsible for the preparation, operation, and clean-up of all the simulation equipment for courses and scenarios offered at the Las Madrinas Simulation Center. The Simulation specialist will also perform periodic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure the full functionality of all simulation center equipment, including related multimedia devices.

**Minimum Qualifications for a Simulation Specialist**
- Experience: 2+ years experience in healthcare simulation required.
- Experience and Strong Technical skills in operating and troubleshooting simulation, clinical and audiovisual equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of medical terminology required; clinical working background preferred.
- Experience utilizing the Gaumard simulator software preferred. Moulage experience along with coordinating educational activities and programs.
- Bachelors degree required (preferably in health-related field, science, engineering, or education). CHSOS certification preferred.
