Description:
The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase revenue through SEO initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

SEO Manager job responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our e-commerce website.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our website and online presence.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on SEO performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Keep abreast of changes in search engine algorithms and updates and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Continuously optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search visibility and user experience.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

**Minimum Skills and Experience**:

- Proven track record of success in SEO, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
- Experience with website optimization techniques, including content optimization, site architecture, and technical SEO.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
