SEO and Tiktok Paid Ads Campaign Specialist

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a passionate and motivated SEO and TikTok Paid Ads Campaign Specialist with a specific understanding of developing, implementing, and optimizing performance for ad campaigns and SEO.

**We are looking for someone that lives for 4X or better**

**Job Functions**:

- Spotting trends and gaining insights from testing, plus data collection and analysis
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities and integrate them into the content
- Keeping track of what competitors are doing and how well it’s working for them
- Developing strategies to team with high-value sites and implement cross-links
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create SEO content
- Suggesting changes to sites that improve positioning via content and linking
- Use analytics data to evaluate traffic building initiatives’ effectiveness and provide improvements in content, user experience, and conversion
- Develop, manage and execute multiple ad campaigns in TikTok, including but not limited to audience research, account setup, campaign configuration, and implementation.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns daily, weekly, and monthly; assessing against marketing goals (ROI and KPIs). Research industry trends and integrate technologies that could potentially drive lead conversion.
- Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives/copy and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance.
- Work with management to ensure the CRM’s integration of new campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven SEO experience
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools
- Experience with bid management tools
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Experience and proficiency in TikTok’s paid advertising landscape.
- Must have experience managing large-volume TikTok paid ad campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Deadline oriented, self-starter who completes tasks autonomously
- Problem solver through and through
- Service-oriented, collaborative disposition, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and balance work priorities
- Strong management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products, excellent Excel skills, and Analytics skills

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year

- SEO: 2 years (preferred)
