After School and Summer Camp Coach

**Requirements**:

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Background must be clean and nothing preventing you from working with children
- Must be available between 1:30pm-6:30pm M-F August-May (school year) and available 10:30am-6:30pm M-F June-Mid August (summer)
- Must have a clean driving record

**Duties**:

- Supervise and give support to other coaches
- Supervise and engage with children in various activities and programs
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Provide guidance and support to children in resolving conflicts or challenges
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Talk with parents about their child’s progress in our program

**Experience**:

- Experience working with children or students in a camp, daycare, or educational setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children of different ages and backgrounds

As a Lead Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. This role requires enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for working with children. You will have the chance to create lasting memories for children while fostering their personal growth and development.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
