Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all front desk operations and ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes
- Manage guest relations and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area for guests
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests as needed
- Ensure phone etiquette standards are met when handling incoming calls
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services effectively

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a hotel front desk role
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hospitality software systems for reservations and check-ins
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages preferred
- Knowledge of guest service principles and practices

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
