We are looking for a Home Health Recruiter and scheduler to help manage our successful home care business This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating office operations.

You will be successful if you are highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage scheduling, hiring staff and other administrative tasks as needed
- Manage billing and collections, claim filing, enrollment and discharge operations
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Create memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Manage the development and implementation of onboarding, interviewing, and ongoing education processes, aligning with both state regulations and internal training standards

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of Home Care business experience.
- Good computer and systems competency.
- Must speak Spanish or other European languages in addition to fluent English.
- Strong interpersonal skills; prior experience working with home or health care is required
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional presentation, punctual and ability to effectively multitask
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CRM systems etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to grow with our team as an Administrative Assistant.

This is a Temp position that may be made permanent based on performance and business needs.
