Home Health Float Nurse (RN) - Premium Rates

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

This position offers the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month, providing 1:1 care to patients in their homes. As a Regional Float Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 5-6 visits per day, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient.
  • Deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region based on census.
  • Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Must commit to 10-12 shifts per month.
