- Assist in developing and executing wholesale marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and materials.
- Plan and execute product photoshoots and manage retouching projects.
- Support Market Week appointments through product videos, presentations, and showroom display assistance.
- Create compelling marketing content for product launches, including features & benefits, online product descriptions, and photos, ensuring consistency across key accounts.
- Coordinate production and distribution of branded items, digital assets, and in-store collateral for wholesale partners.
- Assist with tradeshows by coordinating booth setup and preparing promotional materials.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create and manage hangtags, care labels, and packaging, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
- Facilitate communication with the Licensor’s marketing team to align marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support including file organization, sample coordination, and management of marketing material inventory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the wholesale landscape.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in the retail space, ideally with a lingerie or fashion industry focus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of 360 marketing channels and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with NuORDER platform and/or Adobe Suite is a plus.
