- Summary:_
Oversee the day-to-day management of the Houston Symphony website and its ticketing integration with Tessitura, including user-facing content, ecommerce, and back-end maintenance.
- Essential Job Functions_
- With guidance from the Web Experience Director, manage, prioritize, and complete website updates based on cross-departmental projects, requests, and objectives with support from the Marketing Department
- Oversee maintenance including liaising with outside web vendors and internal IT department to coordinate on and conduct regular back-end updates as well as troubleshoot any technical malfunctions
- Collaborate with colleagues, predominantly Ticketing Database Manager, to ensure that website ecommerce reflects intended product descriptions, pricing, and purchase functionality
- Work across departments to make website content updates including building out new pages and updating and ensuring accuracy on existing pages
- Create and maintain landing pages used for campaigns
- Collaborate with the Web Experience Director to optimize pages for mobile-first and multi-device accessibility.
- Work with the Marketing Director and Web Experience Director to conduct A/B testing on webpages to test campaign performance and optimize web experience.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, primarily GA4, Google Looker Studio, GTM while pointing out key areas of importance and proactively addressing needed improvements or investigating anomalies.
- Collaborate with the artistic/operations department to manage the weekly livestream setup. Maintain livestream metrics for subscription concerts on an ongoing basis.
- Work concert duty as required by the marketing and communications team (approximately once a month, involving evening/weekend hours)
- Perform additional duties as required by the Houston Symphony Society
- Qualifications:_
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Software
- Required:
- CSM (WordPress Preferred)
- HTML

- Basic knowledge of hosting (WP Engine)

- Experience working with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) is a plus.
