**Construction Project Coordinator - AlertONE Service Inc.**

The Construction Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of fire alarm and security system projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers in all aspects of project planning and coordination from initiation to closure.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure project data is accurate.
- Provide administrative support by preparing project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and progress reports.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Act as the point of contact for project-related queries from clients, vendors, and team members.
- Facilitate communication within the project team and with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Facilitate the procurement and tracking of all equipment
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role with a focus on construction or engineering projects, preferably in the fire alarm or security industries.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent time management and communication skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the fire alarm, security, and life safety industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to visit project sites as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

Schedule:
