We will train you until you are ready to be promoted to Service Specialist and manage your own route.

This position is best suited for people who enjoy working outdoors and meeting various customers throughout the day.

**What to expect during the hiring process**:
If selected, you may be asked to complete a first-round phone interview. Once completed, you may be asked to complete an online assessment.

Once completed, we may reach out to schedule a second interview in-person. This entire process should take fewer than three days.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess pest activity and identify potential entry points.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the type of pest infestation and the unique needs of each client.
- Educate clients on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Document all service activities, including inspection findings, treatment plans, and recommendations, using digital reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Job Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in pest management is a PLUS
- Knowledge of common pests, their behaviors, and effective treatment methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
