Facilities Operations Office Manager

**Summary**:The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for providing administrative and managerial support for the office staff located in our corporate office. Duties include but are not limited to data entry, report creation and generation, enforcing site and company policies, communicating effectively, providing customer service, and project-based work. Projecting a professional image through in-person and telephone interaction with all internal and external customers is essential.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**. **Serves as central communication hub for 1 Stop Maintenance and has high office visibility.
**. **Answers inquiries and ensures that questions and problems have been handled properly.
**. **Works with PM’s to organize and ensure work orders have been closed.
**. **Assist VP of Operations with all key operations as needed.
**. **Maintains office organization and creates a welcoming environment.
**. **Administratively support the office including preparing all reports as needed.
**. **Analyzes situations and develops possible solutions and recommendations for consideration.
**. **Skill in the use of computerized office systems and software programs that perform word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
Directly supervises CSR and PM in office and remote. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
**Education And Experience**:
**. **Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a major field of study. Preferred or equivalent 3-5 years in critical facilities operations environments.
**. **Minimum 3 years of facility management, or maintenance supervision experience.
**. **Strong verbal and written communication skills to “C” level and below, including customers and vendors.
**. ** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
**. **Staff management experience, including disciplinary action, hiring, terminating and performance appraisals.
**. ** Working knowledge of utilizing and managing subcontracts and vendors.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
