**SUMMARY OF ROLE**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** _include the following, but other duties may be assigned: _
- Develop accurate demand forecasts with analysis of historical data, market trends, stakeholder input and insights from cross-functional discussions.
- Build rolling, forward-looking demand forecasts with an end-to-end mindset, and help develop all related processes, controls, and reporting.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and improve metrics to bridge gaps between forecast and actuals.
- Contribute to achieving On-Time product launches and improvement in COGS.
- Support New Product Planning & Lifecycle Planning - work cross-functionally to finalize new product launches.
- Track/measure actual sales vs key assumptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to manage & communicate SKU performance and life cycle changes.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and action plans weekly to management and cross-functional teams.
- Active participation in Sales & Operational Planning meetings & perform necessary periodic forecast adjustments based on business guidance.
- Evaluate promotional activities, establish meaningful projections and learnings for future promotions, as well as post-mortem analysis of specific promotional strategies/events, with a focus on measuring incremental sales and margin impacts of sale.
- Support change management initiatives involving demand planning.
- Subject matter expert on tools, reporting and business processes through in-depth understanding of needs.
- Liaising with other corporate team members (Operations, Accounting, Finance, etc.) for interdepartmental success.
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:

- Will be required to obtain certificates or licenses within 90 days of employment that are required to operate in existing markets. Additionally, will need to be able to obtain certificates and licenses in new markets as needed.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
- CPM or APICS certification preferred

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience of supply chain/demand planning or financial planning/modeling experience
- Will be required to submit to a background check

**COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers and understanding of how to build complex forecasts and a rolling demand plan.
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
- Possess advanced mathematical skills
