**Project Management Assistant**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our project management efforts, ensuring the efficient execution of projects and the achievement of project objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of project meetings, interviews, and events, ensuring they run smoothly.
- Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets, maintaining accurate records of expenditures, invoices, and financial reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of project tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities, following up with team members to ensure timely task completion.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items to ensure follow-through.
- Assist manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify e-commerce store, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security.
- Create and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales through Shopify.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website performance, and sales trends.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate Shopify apps and extensions to enhance the functionality of the e-commerce store.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and product availability.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Manage organizing and preparing for festivals and other special events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Handle logistics and other event-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in managing and customizing Shopify e-commerce stores.
- Proficiency in Shopify platform administration and customization.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
