Technical Project Manager

As a key member of our project management team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product management, and quality assurance to drive project success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, demonstrating thorough comprehension of project-specific technical specifications related to integration, hardware, and software platforms
  • Drive product innovation and strategy by envisioning the future trajectory of the product, leveraging strategic thinking and forward-looking vision to anticipate customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering to create solutions to best meet project requirements and create associated Statements of Work
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Ensure all functionality is thoroughly tested through project completion
  • Maintain documentation related to new/enhanced functionality
  • Train customers on new and existing functionality, as needed
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members
  • Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Service-oriented disposition and the capability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to thrive in an environment with changing priorities and assignments
  • One to three years career experience, preferably in a role managing technical projects from inception to closure.
