Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within a designated region. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth, increase profitability, and ensure operational excellence across all locations. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, business development, and supervisory skills. This role would oversee Illinois, Southern Wisconsin & Northwest Indiana portfolio.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to location managers in achieving their goals
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage profit loss by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff members
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
