- Have 3 years previous experience as a maintenance technician.
- Easily use a PC to generate work orders and navigate a ticketing system.
- Be comfortable picking up/delivering/accepting materials, light carpentry, painting.
- Help ensure the cleanliness and safety of the site, protection of work & surrounding areas

- Currently reside in New Hampshire.
- Valid Driver’s license & insurable driving record.
- OSHA 10 and Lead Certification a plus.

Our team has the skillset to oversee all aspects of the build cycle, from site selection and project permitting, through core and shell, tenant fit ups, and FF&E. With the help of our in-house designers and exclusive focus on healthcare we bend the cost curve and deliver a better product for our clients who come exclusively from referrals and repeat business.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
