Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Administrator to join our team. The Leasing Administrator will work within the leasing team to advertise and respond to incoming rental leads, book appointments and assist applicants with the application and move-in process. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the management and leasing of a small portfolio of commercial office and retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with the advertising of apartments and commercial spaces for lease

· Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments for tours

· Assist applicants with the application process

· Assist applicants with the move-in process

· Assist with the management of commercial retail, office and restaurant spaces

· Perform annual lease renewals

· Calculate and administer annual CAM charge reconciliations

· Manage the advertising and leasing of vacant commercial office, retail and restaurant spaces

Additional responsibilities:

· Address tenant concerns, coordinate maintenance requests, and escalate issues to property management as necessary.

· Build and maintain positive tenant relationships to foster satisfaction and retention.

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants through online listings, social media, and local advertising.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and appeal.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in property leasing, sales, or real estate

· Strong knowledge of leasing practices, fair housing laws, and relevant regulations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer service orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.

· Experience with commercial retail, office and restaurant leasing is appreciated.

Rate of pay up to $25 per hour plus commissions and bonuses
