You can help ensure neighborhood communities have a fun and safe summer, all while learning new skills and engaging in worry-free work in tranquil settings. No previous experience required.

**What You Can Expect**:

- **A Seasonal Route-Based Role from March 1st to October 15th - **every day crew meetings in Roswell followed by a route in the county closest to your home (Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb County)
- **Opening Pools**: March and April involve a busy start to the season, where you'll work in a team of 3-6 people to open pools, undergo training, and prepare for health inspections.
- **Servicing Pools**: May through August brings a regular, manageable pace as each technician independently owns and services their assigned weekly routes. (Typically, 6 - 8 pools per day)
- **Closing Pools**: From September to October, wind down the season by closing pools in preparation for winter.
- **6:30 am -2:30 pm Work Hours**: Days start with a 6:30 am crew meeting and days typically end around 2-2:30 pm, avoiding Atlanta rush hour traffic.
- **Certification & Training**: Receive on-the-job training, leading to Certification as a Pool Service Technician.
- **End of Season Completion Bonus**:Those who complete the full season will receive one week's pay as a bonus

**Routes are planned to be near your area of Atlanta as much as we are able. Our customers are located in Cherokee, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties.

**Though this is a seasonal role, we are always looking for exceptional year-round employees as well as recurring seasonal employees.

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Open pools as a part of a crew **- pull covers, clean pools, handle chemicals and set up furniture.
- **Service pools ongoing** - own and manage a route to keep pools well maintained & clean throughout the summer so the community pools you manage can have a safe and fun summer.
- **Close pools as a part of a crew **- Put covers on, put away furniture, and winterize pools.
- **Attend full team meetings at 6:30 am** at our Roswell HQ location to plan for the day and discuss any real-time issues
- **Participate fully in on-the-job training and skills assessment** to become capable to solo-service pools

**Specific Duties & Skills**:

- Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools and related equipment
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and chemical feeders
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Vacuum and skim pool surfaces to remove debris
- Backwash and clean pool filters
- Build mechanical knowledge to understand how pool equipment operates
- Proficiency in using power tools for equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance. Reimbursement offered for use of personal vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a background check, including a driving record check.
- Like working outdoors and commitment to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Physically fit, capable of walking, bending, and some lifting.
- Ability to work well independently and with others.
- Have good communication and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English (ESL applicants welcome but must be able to communicate).
