The Quality Management Resources Administrative Assistant is the perfect position for a determined and motivated paraprofessional looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity. This position works in collaboration with the agency programs to support various support functions. We specialize in partnering with families to build effective relationships and to inspire hope for a positive future.

Hybrid/Remote position allows for a partial remote work schedule once the training period is completed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing, renaming, and saving incoming clinical documentation.
- Tracking and organizing incoming and outgoing clinical documentation in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Performing various functions electronically using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Uploading documentation to the DCS records’ system
- Communicating with leadership regarding the status of various projects
- Collaboration with others within the department, in other departments, as well as outside entities
- Ensuring confidentiality
- Performing other duties related to the position

The Quality Management Administrative Assistant must be available Monday-Friday, there may be instances where additional hours may be needed.

**Education/Experience Needed**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience with administrative job duties.
- Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
- Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance.
- Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training

**Compensation**: $18/hr - $18.50/hr
