Chiropractic Assistant/receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual.
- Previous experience working in a medical or chiropractic office preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical office systems such as eClinicalWorks, Epic, Dentrix, or similar software
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
