**Job Overview**:
As a Service Advisor at North Country Motors you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive service needs. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on services such as shocks/struts replacement, transmission repairs, diesel engine maintenance, automotive diagnostics, and auto estimating.

**Duties**:

- Interact with customers to understand their automotive service requirements.
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions in the system.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in customer service within a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes such as tire services, oil changes, shocks/struts replacements, etc., is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Ability to estimate service costs accurately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $600.00 - $725.00 per week
