**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives to drive the growth and success of the facility.
- Leadership and Management: Provide visionary leadership and effective management of all aspects of the facility, including operations, finances, staffing, and programming.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal management to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the facility.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to maximize profitability and growth.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and a positive experience for all facility users, members, and guests.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community, stakeholders, and partners to promote the facility and its programs.
- Staff Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of staff to support the facility's mission and objectives.
- Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the facility to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement effective risk management practices.
- Promotion and Marketing: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers, retain existing members, and enhance the facility's visibility and brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the sports, recreation, fitness industry, hospitality, or event management
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and achieve measurable results
- Passion for sports and recreation and a commitment to promoting health and wellness in the community
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of staff
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
