We connect top insurance companies with the millions of insurance shoppers who use our platform. This is an opportunity for ambitious Account Managers to build a solid book of business and create a real career for themselves at a rapidly growing company.
**Our top Account Managers are routinely earning $150k - $200k per year.**
We are only seeking individuals who can perform at a high level. This position offers a highly competitive base salary, medical benefits, 401k matching, and an uncapped commission structure based on your performance
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts
- Schedule and go through demos of our product
- Calling on new accounts to build your book of business
- Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with the client base
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
- Adapt our product recommendations to suit the agents’ needs by asking discovery questions and handling objections
- Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
- Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a best-in-class customer experience
**Qualifications**:
- 3 + years experience in sales
- Experience in relationship management
- Insurance producer experience a plus
- Strong phone sales skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
