As a Real Estate Showing Partner/Agent Support team member, you will work closely with our top-producing agents to provide an outstanding client experience. This role requires a mix of in-office hours and active buyer/listing appointments. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, enthusiastic, and driven, with a passion for creating positive experiences for our clients.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**For Buyers**:
- Lead generation and daily follow-up using CRM to document activities and procure buyer consultations.
- Communicate with leads through our approved cadence.
- Attend and/or conduct buyer consultations with the lead agent.
- Identify homes that meet buyers' criteria and set up MLS searches.
- Show homes to buyer clients, maintain communication, and provide feedback to the listing agent.
- Refine clients' needs and wants based on home viewings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and related matters.
- Prepare offers with the help of the lead agent (buyer agency agreements and addendums).
- Complete necessary transaction paperwork once under contract.
- Attend inspections and closings as directed.
**For Listings**:
- Lead generation and daily follow-up using CRM to document activities.
- Communicate with leads through our approved cadence.
- Prepare listing presentations (Complete CMAs and listing PAR forms).
- Prepare documents for listings such as contracts, consumer notices, and property disclosure forms.
- Complete required forms for listing preparation and when under contract.
- Arrange photography and other vendors to prepare listings for the market.
- Host open houses to generate leads.
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
**For Administrative Assistance**:
- Assist and support the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance.
- Schedule and book travel arrangements.
- Maintain database management systems.
- Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence.
- Manage personal social media accounts.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Assist clients and help them have an extraordinary experience.
- Track expenses accurately and create effective budgets.
- Assist in lead management and marketing of listings, business, and the agent.
- Help clients through the closing process.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License.
- Demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.
