**Real Estate Executive Administrative Assistant**

**Location**:Mixture of reporting to the Los Gatos Intero Real Estate office location, local client home sites, performing errands.

**Travel**:Local & Potential Convention Travel

**Position**:Full Time

**Hours**:8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri and as needed

**Vacation & Sick Days**:Vacation & Sick Time Off

Executive Assistant and Operations Manager in the Real Estate industry supporting high performing team lead realtor with Intero Real Estate. This role is responsible for supporting the needs of Mary Clark Real Estate business in implementing and continually improving systems, procedures and policies. Ability to provide excellent care and communications with clients, team and industry affiliates as an extension of the Mary Clark Real Estate brand and its beliefs and values.

This role entails having an enthusiastic and friendly personality, high level of organization, superb written and verbal communication, can work well under pressure, multi-task and utilize resourceful problem solving. Enjoy our fast pace and exciting environment where serving the needs of our clients in the thrill of their home sales and purchases is our reward.

You must be familiar with various technologies that support our business which include but may not be limited to Apple Mail, Google Suite, Dropbox, Pages, Excel / Numbers, Mailchimp, Docusign, Pages. Docusign. Must be a quick learner and ready to embrace new technologies as we continue to embrace new technologies

**Education and Experience**:
**The Role**:

- Transaction Management: Create draft MLS listings and manage listing status, Create and maintain standard activity plans, follow task lists, liaise with transaction coordinator, title, escrow and lenders for a smooth transaction.
- Team Calendar: Attend multiple admin, office and team meetings. Provide client & lead follow up, business development projects for the week, prospecting status, financials, calendar review for week.

Superior customer served abilities. Exceptional skills in follow-up and follow-through, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently. Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently. Thorough follow up and follow through abilities.
