**Position Summary**: As a Ticket Staff Supervisor for Gameday Productions Services (GPS), you will oversee the operations of Will Call Staff, ensuring efficient ticketing processes and exceptional customer service for event attendees. Your role involves identifying no-shows, managing ticketing logistics, and coordinating with event organizers to optimize ticketing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
*Supervise a team of Will Call Staff members, ensuring adherence to assigned duties and responsibilities. *Coordinate ticket pickup and distribution operations at will-call locations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. *Utilize iPhone scanners provided by the client to scan tickets and validate attendee credentials. *Identify and address any no-shows or discrepancies in ticket distribution, coordinating with event organizers as needed. *Monitor ticketing queues and provide guidance and support to staff members to optimize ticketing operations. *Communicate effectively with team members, event organizers, and venue staff to address any ticketing issues or concerns. *Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

**Role Details**:
*Event dates: July 18-20 *Shift duration: 8-12 Hours *Location: Downtown Chicago *Pay: $23/hr

**Qualifications**:
*Excellent leadership and communication skills. *Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a dynamic event environment. *Previous experience in event management, customer service, or ticketing operations preferred. *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Proficiency in using iPhone scanners and mobile devices for ticket validation. *Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
