**Overview**:
**Mandatory Skills/ Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience with IT Projects
- 2-4 years of experience in IT projects including modernization and implementation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable Skills/ Experience**:

- Certification in quality management
- 4-6 years of experience of technical writing
- 4 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in healthcare industry.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
