**Position Purpose**: Provides office support to the program within an SVS Program office.

**NEW HIRE BONUS- **$750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days)**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and take messages
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Prepare reports and correspondence on computer
- Assist with client payroll and billing when requested by the Program Director(s)
- Enter accounting or program data into computer
- File office documents
- Ensure efficient operation of all office procedures
- Keep all legally required postings up to date
- Coordinate duties of additional clerical support staff if available
- All other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Regional Director
- Mandated Abuse Reporter

**Education and Work Experience**:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Two years of secretarial/office experience; must have ability to competently use Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher software programs;effective writing skills and ability to generate reports in an accurate and timely manner; ability to deal effectively with staff, clients and outside community. Must be able to read, write and speak English.

**Driving and License Requirements**: None.

**Criminal Record Clearance**: If working in a licensed facility, must obtain and maintain Department of Justice/FBI fingerprint clearance.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
