- **Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks and completes them under time constraints.**
- **Performs other duties as assigned**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Associates degree or equivalent experience**
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, G-Suite, various EMR software including eCW**
- **Experience in managing multiple customers, team coordination, and tracking and monitoring release of information processes**
- **Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills**
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills**
- **2+ years of experience in a Health Information Management setting**
- **Extremely detailed, professional demeanor and service-minded**
- **Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred**
- **Excellent computer skills
- including word documents and spreadsheets**
- **Experience handling and processing multiple kinds of disclosure requests**
- **Self-motivated**
- **HIPAA knowledge**
- **Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills**
- **Gives attention to detail and follows instructions**
