The Reconditioning Manager oversees and maintains days to market expectations and quality control of the new and preowned inventory by managing the reconditioning process while prioritizing cost, quality and profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- Dispatch, track and monitor each vehicle on its journey through the reconditioning process while maintaining internal customer satisfaction by effectively, promptly and thoroughly communicating with team members.
- Authorize and review all work performed; this may include performing quality control and/or visual inspections or assessments, verifying certification of vehicles, performing quality control measures such as visual inspections, printing window stickers, addendums or any paperwork required for retail sale.
- Prepare and update documents and reports as needed; this may include reconciling final invoices with repair orders, booking repair orders, manage data in inventory system and reviewing wholesale / retail values of inventory.
- Prepare wholesales for the auction.

**Pay**: $75,000 to $102,000 per year the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a base salary of $72,000 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $3,000 to $30,000 per year based on performance.
