Summary

BOUCHERON STOCK ADMINISTRATOR

BASE SALARY: $55,000-$60,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

- Receive incoming shipments of jewelry items, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for quality and accuracy.
- Organize and catalog inventory according to established procedures, ensuring items are properly labeled, tagged, and stored in designated locations.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies and address discrepancies promptly.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and damage, including security protocols and surveillance monitoring.

Stock Administration:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and withdrawals, using inventory management software or manual logs.
- Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory movements to support decision-making and replenishment strategies.
- Collaborate with HQ and sales teams to forecast demand, anticipate stock needs, and coordinate replenishment orders in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of stock management policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage client repairs and liaise with our workshops.

Communication and Coordination:

- Coordinate with sales associates and management to fulfill customer orders, locate specific items, and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Communicate inventory updates, stock movements, and availability to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with different departments to reconcile invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records related to inventory transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in inventory management, stock administration, or related roles, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus
