Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated account managers to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in wholesale/fashion/consumer goods support and a keen interest in sales.
Responsibilities:
Attend sales meetings with buyers and potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
Prepare and send weekly inventory reports to buyers, detailing inventory levels, sales forecasts, and order statuses.
Regularly follow up on POS with buyers to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any arising issues.
Assist the sales team with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing EXCEL documents.
Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to facilitate efficient sales operations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently.
Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred.
