**Wholesale Plant Landscape Supplier and Grower** **currently seeking to hire Customer Service Team Members outside assisting customers**

**Spanish/English Bilingual is Required**

**Currently seeking someone willing to work **both inside and outside**. Flexibility is **huge** for this position. We are searching for the right fit - someone willing to learn the ins-and-outs of our Nursery business and to provide assistance to management, **as well as** fill a much-needed customer service role outside in the nursery facility.**

Again, this is an indoor and outdoor position

**Lots of room for growth within the company**
- Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am to 12:00pm
- **Starting at $15 per hour - Lots of room for growth**:

- **Time X 1.5 after 40 hours - 10 hours of overtime weekly at $22.50 per hour**
- Seeking someone responsible for various tasks around the nursery. This may include bill of ladings, helping customers load plants, helping unload plants from trucks, as well as assisting with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- This position will be a flexible position involving working outside in a strenuous environment. We work rain or shine - Dress for the weather
- Qualifications and Skills:_
- SPANISH/ENGLISH BILINGUAL
- CUSTOMER SERVICE for our customers outside at the nursery
- High School diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and quality problem-solving skills
- Handle administrative requests and queries from management. Working alongside management closely for efficient business operation.

Must be able to problem solve. Must be willing to get a little dirty

**PAID** 'On the Job Training'

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
