We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in representing Crème de Canna at dispensaries and accounts across the Los Angeles area. Your primary responsibilities will include executing in-store activations, conducting product demonstrations, and building relationships with key accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute in-store activations and product demonstrations at dispensaries and accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive brand awareness and sales
- Deliver gifts and promotional materials to accounts to strengthen partnerships
- Educate budtenders and staff on Crème de Canna products and brand messaging
- Gather feedback and insights from accounts to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing initiatives
- Represent Crème de Canna professionally and enthusiastically at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to travel within the Los Angeles area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years of age or older
