**About This Job**

Dispensary Associates are the patient-facing employees of Restore. They are called upon to provide patients with knowledgeable guidance to feel educated and empowered in their medication choices.

As a dispensary associate, this individual will use their broad experience as a cross-functional team member, including reception, fulfillment, dispensary agent duties, and menu maintenance. The Dispensary Associate will join a team committed to ensuring our patients have friendly service at every visit.

**What You'll Do...**
- Coordinate the patient check-in process, ensuring that the correct patient information is submitted promptly to the healthcare professional and confidential information is maintained appropriately.
- Assist in fulfilling orders being dispensed to customers accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Perform accurate cash handling by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Be involved in daily inventory counts.
- Adapt to varied sales volume while staying active by engaging in continued education learning programs, creating a positive environment, and assisting in keeping the dispensary adequately stocked, clean, organized, and operating order.
- Follow compliance practices and prevent the diversion of medical marijuana to anyone other than the patient and their caregivers.
- Provide knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each patient by explaining the potential benefits of the products offered on our menu.
- Exemplifies the Restore brand and culture in an enthusiastic and supportive manner while providing outstanding customer service.
- Must be able to lift, twist, turn, bend, stand and walk as required to perform the duties of a Dispensary Associate.
