Part Time Afternoon Receptionist

We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist for afternoons, for Mondays and Wednesdays, from 3:30 pm to 7:45 pm to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will welcome patients, collecting co-pays and making appointments for next visits, answering the phone. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Multitasking is essential for this position; and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer Skills: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
