Education/Experience Required: HS Diploma or equivalent. Prior receptionist experience helpful.
Essential tasks:
* Answer telephone, direct visitors, take messages, route calls to appropriate person according to policy and procedures.
* Carefully monitors that only appropriate callers get connected to residents/clients.
* Maintain vehicle logs.
* Maintain visitor logs.
* Demonstrates cultural competency.
* Maintains appropriate boundaries.
