Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical billing department
- Manage medical accounts to ensure monthly sales goals are satisfied
- Ensure accurate and timely medical billing processes
- Monitor medical billing accounts receivable aging and collections
- Develop and implement medical billing policies and procedures
- Train, mentor, and supervise billing staff
- Review and analyze medical billing data for discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to billing

Qualifications:

- 7 years or more of Proven experience as a Billing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and procedures
- Proficient in Brightree software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
