**Responsibilities**
- Internalize and own provided curricula; prepare Creo College Prep materials to deliver high-quality instruction every single day
- Implement with fidelity and enthusiasm Creo College Prep classroom and school routines, procedures, and expectations to ensure a consistent, safe, and kind experience for all students and staff
- Consistently provide students with academic and behavioral feedback for rapid, measurable growth
- Participate actively and productively in all professional development, coaching, and planning.
- Promptly implement coaching feedback into teaching
- Communicate regularly with families
- Collect and analyze student data to plan intervention, revise plans, and improve your practice
- Collaborate
- with other teachers, administrators, service providers, families
- to accommodate every student’s need and ensure every student’s success
**Competencies & Qualifications**
- Unwavering high expectations for all students and a belief that all children deserve access to college
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ambition and desire to grow as a leader of staff and students
- Bachelor’s degree required; minimum two years of teaching experience preferred
- New York State teaching license preferred; dual certification in Special Education or TESOL preferred
- Strong proficiency in technological tools, including Google Drive
- Capacity and desire to grow every day based on data and feedback
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on anything necessary - a _“no task beneath me” _attitude

Pay: $69,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
