Program Support Analyst Enablement

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness
- Develop and implement new programs to address public health issues
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance on program goals
- Utilize expertise in addiction counseling to support program participants
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive program success
- Engage in fundraising activities to secure resources for program sustainability
- Recruit and train volunteers for program support
- Educate stakeholders on program objectives and outcomes
- Manage volunteer activities and ensure effective volunteer management

Program Support Analyst included core duties:

- Strong Attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- Experience designing training materials
- Proven ability to problem-solving and multi-task in a fast-paced and flexible work environment
- Excellent / Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and apps in particular all aspects of working in Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with Web Based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related Software
- Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local regulations

**Job Type**: Contract

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:
