**Must haves for this position**:
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to process/inspect products for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Willing to work overtime and can work until 7 pm if necessary.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Experience in manufacturing, specifically in a packing or cleaning-related role.
- Experience with performing visual quality checks and using quality measurement tools.
- Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment.
- Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Strong computer proficiency in using Windows-based computer programs.
- High school diploma/GED or higher.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools a plus.
- Team-oriented attitude.
