Job Overview

Pilot Flying J is on the lookout for a highly capable and experienced Food Services Manager to support the management of our bustling quick-service restaurants.

As a Food Service Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and play a vital role in overseeing the restaurant's operations within a travel center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stepping in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed
  • Assisting in the recruitment, coaching, training, and development of Team Members
  • Directing and delegating tasks to Team Members
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Streamlining food service and aiding in food preparation
  • Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, high food quality, cleanliness of the restaurant, and adherence to food safety standards

Compensation

Starting pay rates range from: $45, $65,815.00 / year

Qualifications

To excel as a Food Service Manager, you must possess outstanding leadership and customer service skills, along with a strong sense of integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • A minimum of one year of experience in food service management
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule
