**Job Summary**:
The Night Warehouse Manager will be directly responsible for the supervision of the night shift. Responsibility includes managing all operational requirements with a focus on quality, safety, cost reduction, company policy as well as other areas as determined by Management. Accountable for executing business plans from department goals, objectives to meet key performance indicators (KPI) and to achieve safety, quality, value, and cost reduction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage overnight warehouse operations including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
- Lead and develop a night warehouse team to provide unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain high levels of precision in night operations.
- Produces periodic reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for developing associates through training on policies and procedures. Create a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and direct the workforce to ensure efficient workflow.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years of previous warehousing managing experience.
- Power Pallet Jacks: (required)
- 1 - year Fresh Produce experience preferred
- Night Shift (required)
- Prior experience working in the food industry.
- Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
- Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
