An Employment Program Manager is responsible for overseeing job coaches and ensuring the effective delivery of coaching services to clients. This role involves managing, training, and supporting job coaches, as well as ensuring that clients receive high-quality assistance in achieving their employment goals.

**This region is responsible for our Prince William County, Culpepper/Orange, Fredericksburg, and Williamsburg with the primary location in PWC/Culpepper. We have one staff member in Williamsburg that you would be responsible for supervising**.

**Key Duties of an Employment Program Manager**
- **Supervision and Management**:

- Oversee and manage a team of job coaches, providing guidance and support.
- Assign caseloads and ensure job coaches are effectively meeting their clients’ needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs for job coaches to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Stay updated on best practices in job coaching and share new strategies with the team.
- **Client Support and Monitoring**:

- Monitor the progress of clients and ensure they are meeting their employment goals.
- Address any issues or challenges clients face in their job search or employment.
- **Program Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement job coaching programs and services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments and external organizations to enhance program offerings.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client progress, coaching sessions, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance and impact of job coaching programs.
- Ensure all documentation complies with organizational and regulatory standards.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding job coaching services.
- Communicate effectively with employers, community partners, and other relevant parties.
- Foster positive relationships with employers to create job opportunities for clients.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of job coaching practices and outcomes.
- Address any quality issues promptly and develop action plans for improvement.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Address and resolve any crises or emergencies that arise with clients or within the coaching team.
- Provide support and guidance to job coaches dealing with difficult client situations.
- Develop and implement crisis management protocols.
- **Advocacy and Outreach**:

- Advocate for clients’ needs and rights within the organization and community.
- Conduct outreach to promote job coaching services and attract new clients.
- Participate in community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance program visibility.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in job coaching, employment services, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in case management and reporting software.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and employment resources.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crises effectively.

An Employment Program Manager must be an effective leader and advocate, dedicated to helping clients achieve their employment goals while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the job coaching services provided by their team.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
