As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and organized Admin/Social Media Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our online presence and administrative functions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:

- **Calendar Management**: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the team, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
- **Document Management**: Create, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system.
- **Answering Calls**: Professionally handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel. Take messages accurately when necessary.

5. **Administrative Support**: Providing support to team members, such as preparing expense reports, managing schedules, and assisting with special projects.

6. **Research and Information Gathering**: Conducting research on various topics, compiling data, and presenting findings in a clear and organized manner.

7. **Maintaining Confidentiality**: Handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality as required.

9. **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving administrative challenges or issues that arise.

10. **Adaptability**: Being flexible and able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

**Social Media Management**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and curate engaging, relevant, and shareable content across various social media platforms.
- **Scheduling and Posting**: Plan and schedule social media posts. Monitor engagement and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive online community around our brand.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Management of Delivery Services**: Work closely with delivery services like UberEATS, Door Dash, and Grub Hub representatives to build brand recognition and push sales to locations. Integrating delivery services through toast and setting up tablets at all locations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management.
- Brand Marketing skills: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & User Interface (UI ).
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative writing, graphic design, web design, data analytic, google analytic, and copywriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design and/or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for social media.
- Prior use of Restaurant 365
- Prior knowledge of Toast back end preferred

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
