Healthcare - Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, including timekeeping, wage calculation, verification, and timely distribution of payments.
Benefits Administration - Administer employee benefits programs, handling enrollment, changes, and communication. This includes health insurance, 401k, and other company benefit programs.
Compliance Management - Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance.
HR Support and Onboarding - Provide assistance to employees on HR-related matters, facilitate new hire onboarding processes including background checks and collecting I-9 information, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Data Management and Reporting - Maintain HRIS systems, generate payroll reports, and analyze data for accuracy and insights. This includes tracking and documenting hires, terminations, salary changes, severances, and bonus payments.
Accounts Payable Management - Assist in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.
Recruiting - Support the staffing process, including recruiting, screening and hiring
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration
Proficiency with ADP WFN payroll software required
Experience with remote employees in multiple states
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
