You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling content for federal contract proposals, including technical descriptions, executive summaries, and other necessary sections
- Ensure all technical documentation is consistent with industry standards and compliant with federal bid requirements
- Edit and proofread proposal content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive library of technical documentation, templates, and standard responses
- Participate in proposal review meetings and provide input on content strategy and structure
- Manage multiple writing assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in technical writing in a government contracting or similar environment
- Solid ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and understandable content
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant writing tools
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with federal government proposal processes and requirements
- Familiarity with the health IT sector, especially federal healthcare and IT systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
