**About the role**:
Our marketing team is a fast-paced, highly collaborative group. We try out new ideas constantly and we want to hear yours. You will be a critical part in taking EnTech to the next level. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive proposal professional with advanced written and verbal communication skills, we want to meet you
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Leading marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
- Coordination and production of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
- Marketing support activities, such as awards submissions and presentations
- Management and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
- Business development efforts including assistance with research, coordinating and registering for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences
**Required Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
- Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
**Your skill set should include**:
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to work efficiently, manage and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, including editing and typography
- Creativity and the ability to conceptualize graphic solutions
- Ability to quickly learn (and improve) office practices, database, filing system, firm standards, etc.
**Estimated Annual Compensation**:
$110,000-$140,000
